Yin Bei La! Slowboat’s latest collaboration beer with Hong Kong’s Carbon Brews is inspired by the classic cha chaan teng lemon iced tea served in everyone’s local Hong Kong café. Ceylon tea, lemon and a hint of sugar makes it the perfect all-day pick-me-up. We’ve recreated the essence of this all-timer refreshment with this amazing beer!

Using SlowBoat’s homemade lactobacillus as a base, we infused the beer with Ceylon black tea, Lemon Drop hops from Germany and a generous amount of lemon peel. The result is a slightly tart taste accompanied by the refreshing aroma of black tea, followed by a burst of lemon and citrus flavors. The perfect beer for afternoon tea, a bowl of noodles, or a night out in the city!
